Rajesh Athrassery brings with him almost 25 years of experience in the corporate world. After completing his Post Graduation in English Literature from Calicut University, he spent couple of years teaching the Post Graduate students.
Soon he became a part of corporate world by joining Reliance Consultancy Services, Mumbai. Next few years helped him in learning the nuances of the various business aspects. After gaining enough experience, he joined his family business, which was making its footprints in the field of Logistics. This change gave him a much bigger exposure, cutting across different functions like Sales, Operation, Finance and even Human Resource Management. Being a keen learner, he attended various courses related to the industry which helped him expanding the knowledge.
When the organisation was acquired by a multinational company, he, along with his partners decided to don the hat of an Entrepreneur. He became the Founding Director for their new Logistic firm, Logistic Integrators Pvt Ltd. Rajesh realised that the most important role and responsibility of an Entrepreneur is to identify and nurture a strong team.
